Cracked driveways can take away from the beauty of a residence, and deduct off the value of your home. Driveways are designed and engineered to withstand the various climate conditions in WNY.
On all driveways and driveway replacements we remove all of the old concrete. Select offsite fill such as crusher run, granite or gravel, or crushed concrete as needed. Machine packing the sub base to achieve a minimum 95% compaction of uniform density and thickness. The concrete is slope ΒΌ" per running foot away from the home. All concrete placed will be a minimum of 4 inches thick and 6 inches at the approaches. Concrete will be reinforced with 10 gage steel mesh or Buckeye Fiber Mesh. Expansion joint will be placed wherever slab is in contact with another concrete slab. All control joints are properly spaced no more than 2-3 times the size of the slab thickness. All concrete should be sealed 28 days after placement.
